Today has been a really great day. I made myself a ‘to do’ list for the weekend, but only completed half of it. Instead of feeling stressed and unaccomplished, I’m absolutely fine with it.
Yesterday I did NOTHING but caught up on my YouTube subscriptions and it was refreshing! Today I cleaned and bought food and watched Terrace House. It wasn’t the creative goals I had wanted to achieve, but I feel OK.
Sometimes I struggle to sleep because I’m worried about everything I’m not doing and achieving. Having had the chance to relax without feeling like I’m procrastinating has been wonderful.
